1. Scope
This End User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the sale of networking equipment, technical support services, and related solutions provided by Cluster Networking Technologies ("Company") to the purchaser ("Customer").
By purchasing products or services from the Company, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following warranty periods apply:

Product: (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years) limited warranty from the date of delivery.
- Technical Support Services: (3 months, 6 months, 1 year) limited warranty from the date of service completion or device delivery, whichever is applicable.
3. Product Warranty
During the warranty period, the Company will diagnose and address defects resulting from normal operation of the equipment.
The product warranty includes:

Hardware defects caused by manufacturing faults.

Software or firmware issues supplied or configured by the Company.

Technical diagnosis and repair or replacement, at the Company's discretion.
4. Technical Support Warranty
The technical support warranty covers only the services originally provided by the Company, including:

Initial installation and configuration requested at the time of equipment delivery.

Initial deployment of networking services.
-
Troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to the supplied equipment.
-
Correction of configuration errors originating from the Company's implementation.
5. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty shall become null and void under any of the following circumstances:
5.1 Unauthorized Configuration or Modification
If any third-party individual, contractor, consultant, service provider, or organization performs any configuration, modification, upgrade, repair, or implementation on the supplied equipment or services without prior written authorization from the Company, the technical support warranty shall immediately become void.Any subsequent troubleshooting, restoration, or reconfiguration requested from the Company shall be treated as a new service engagement and may require the purchase of an additional support package.
5.2 Physical Damage
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:-
Mishandling or misuse.

Accidental damage.
-
Fire, flooding, lightning, or other natural disasters.

Electrical surges or improper power supply.
-
Unauthorized repair attempts.
-
Improper installation by parties other than the Company.
5.3 Warranty Seal
The warranty shall be void if:-
The warranty seal is broken, removed, altered, or damaged.

Product serial numbers are removed, modified, or rendered unreadable.
6. Warranty Exclusions
- Where remote troubleshooting is insufficient to determine the cause of a fault, the Company may require the equipment to be returned to its head office or designated service center for detailed inspection, diagnostics, or repair.
- The Customer shall cooperate in arranging shipment or delivery of the equipment.
- Where reasonably available, and if the returned equipment is identified as the Customer's primary operational device, the Company may provide a temporary replacement device during the inspection or repair period to minimize business interruption.
- Provision of a temporary replacement device is subject to equipment availability and does not constitute a contractual obligation.
- The Customer remains responsible for the proper care and return of any temporary replacement equipment supplied.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:

Operate the equipment according to the manufacturer's specifications.

Maintain appropriate environmental and power conditions.
-
Promptly report any faults during the warranty period.
-
Refrain from allowing unauthorized personnel to modify the system.

Maintain regular backups of all configurations and operational data where applicable.
8. Support Outside Warranty
Services requested outside the warranty scope include, but are not limited to:

Network redesign.
-
Additional configuration changes.
-
Expansion of existing systems.
-
Integration with new equipment.
-
Recovery after unauthorized modifications.
-
Configuration of third-party devices.
-
On-site support unrelated to warranty-covered defects.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or correction of the supplied product or service.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of business.
-
Loss of profits.
-
Loss of data.
-
Service interruption.
-
Customer downtime.
